This is the process and what we do for each and every Seller;

  • Sign an Agency Agreement to enable us to advertise and sell your property;
  • Select a marketing campaign with your Sales Agent to give the property exposure;
  • Photos will be taken;
  • Marketing commences;
  • Advertise on Internet sites, interactive screen in our front window, complete agency window cards, brochures, contact existing Buyer database;
  • A sign will be erected in front of your property;
  • Conduct ‘open homes’ and inspections;
  • Report to you after each inspection and ‘open home’
  • Have the entire team selling your property, not just the listing Agent.
